RESTRICTIONS

3. This book, in any format, cannot be shipped/delivered to residents of totalitarian states that have criminalized freedom of expression as well as art and literal expression. As of 20 March 2024, this includes Iran, Ireland, China, North Korea, and Scotland.

4. This book, in any format, cannot be shipped/delivered to residents of Québec, Canada, due to the French language requirements of Bill 96.

5. This book, in any format, cannot be shipped/delivered to residents of British Columbia, Canada, due to the provincial government’s unwillingness to enforce copyright laws.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

6. Sale of this book, in any format, to any individual is at the exclusive discretion of the author. The author may therefore deny, cancel and refund any order for any reason whatsoever, at his own discretion, and without further disclosure.

SHIPPING

9. Refer to Current Status/Notices for order processing times.

10. We shall replace orders that have not been delivered within 90 days under the following conditions: (a) a tracked shipping method was selected, (b) name and address provided were correct, (c) custom duties and taxes were paid as required, (d) package was picked up at pick up point as applicable by deadline, and (e) we are notified of non-receipt between 90 and 120 days following shipping. If any of these conditions is not met, any loss becomes your responsibility.
